Our sourdough pizzas are made with a 12 year old starter that we continuously feed and take excellent care of. We let our dough proof for 48 hours before handling. We hand toss these pies with love, then we char them in our ovens, freeze and pack just for you!. Our Margherita is topped with the freshest whole tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh made mozzarella and basil.
